Where is your coffee sourced?
I source green coffee from a variety of places, which I disclose in the description of each coffee. I always try to buy directly from the producers when possible. If working with a green importer, I ensure that the importer is reputable and that their supply-chain is transparent
Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?
By default all coffees offered are whole bean. However, if you do not have a grinder at home, send me a message with your order number and preferred brewing methods and I can grind the beans for you.
How long should the coffee rest?
As the beans are roasted fairly light, I advise letting the coffee rest for 4 weeks after the roast date. Depending on the coffee, peak flavors may be reached as early as this 4 week mark or as late as 8 weeks after the roast.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically roasted to order and ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available for US orders over $60 :)
What is your return policy?
Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
